- Restaurant Nautika -

Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik's finest restaurant

An innovative cuisine prepared with the freshest ingredients and impeccably served will lead you on a culinary odyssey as breath-taking as the view of the Adriatic Sea and the fortresses of Bokar and Lovrijenac that frame the view.

Renowned chef Nikola Ivanisevic recommends freshly caught seafood, black risotto, scampi, lobster, shellfish, high-quality white fish and other dishes typical of the region along with traditional meat dishes, cheeses and some top-quality regional and imported wines.

This is an epicurean experience reminiscent of Old Ragusa that you do not want to miss while in Dubrovnik.

For more information on the Nautika restaurant, as well as two other restaurants operated by the same owner Mr. Mato Durovic - Proto & Konavoski Dvori, please visit: www.esculap-teo.hr.

KONAVOSKI DVOR

Visit the Konavoski Dvori restaurant and enjoy the excellent ham, smoked cheese kept in oil, young lamb and veal baked under the iron bell, homebaked bread, grilled trout and other specialities of this renowned restaurant. In the gentle valley of Konavle , in the lust greenery of the old wood, on the banks of a clean stream Ljuta, in an ancient mill, time seems to have stopped. Dishes there are prepared in the same traditional way as the grandmothers used to make them.

RESTAURANT PROTO

This restaurant is the premier choice in the Old Town for fish specialities prepared according to the recipes of Dubrovnik fishermen.

It was founded in 1886 in an incomparable setting. It features a rich selection of local wines and impeccable service. Among its guests the restaurant also boasts Edward VIII and Mrs Simpson.

Restaurant Nautika was honoured

to host Pope John Paul II in Dubrovnik on 6th June 2003
