Agrotourism

The Stancija 1904 rural estate lies in the small Istrian place of Smoljanci, close to Svetvincent and Vodnjan in the green inland of southern Istria. The estate has an area of 6000 sqm and a completely renovated and modernly equipped traditional Istrian house, exactly 100 years old. It has four stars and is, therefore, ideal for guests looking for top-notch quality of service and diverse facilities.

There is a completely equipped children's playground on the estate. Food, as well as homemade bread, is prepared daily in the baker's oven and you can also participate in the preparation if you would like to. The owners are excellent cooks and gourmands who will take their guests mushroom, asparagus and spice herb picking or take them to Istria's wine roads to visit the best local restaurants. In agreement with their guests, the hospitable hosts will gladly organize special "Gastro Weekends". They will take guests by train to buy provisions at the market nearby, organize itineraries throughout all of Istria, and provide tour guide services in the language chosen by the guest. The hosts will gladly inform passionate hunters about hunting grounds, great for team building and business school seminars. Accommodation and activities for groups of 5 to 10 people can be organized.
